
A federal judge announced Thursday that the Trump administration missed a court-ordered deadline to reveal details about deportation flights to El Salvador, escalating the legal tensions between President Trump and the judiciary.
Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court said the government’s legal team failed to submit the necessary information on the flights, which involved individuals targeted for removal under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. He also noted they did not explain whether this was a deliberate violation of the court’s directive.
