Hunter Biden has asked a federal judge to dismiss his lawsuit against Garrett Ziegler, a former Trump aide, citing serious financial problems. His legal team stated that Biden’s income has dropped significantly and he is currently facing millions in debt, making it difficult to continue the case.

The lawsuit, filed in 2023, accused Ziegler and his company Marco Polo of unlawfully publishing emails believed to be from Biden’s laptop. Ziegler had previously asked for the case to be dismissed, but the judge rejected it. In a bizarre side note, a landlord claimed Biden once tried to pay overdue rent with artwork made from his own feces.
