Vice President J.D. Vance and his family were moved to an undisclosed location for safety after pro-Ukraine protesters gathered outside the Sugarbush Resort in Vermont, where the family was vacationing. The protests followed a tense meeting at the White House involving President Trump, Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Ukrainian President Zelensky.

Vermont Governor Phil Scott called for respect during the Vance family’s visit, urging civility despite political disagreements.
