Broward County Circuit Judge Stefanie Moon is likely to face disciplinary action after being accused of making political donations, adding to earlier misconduct allegations already referred to Florida’s Supreme Court for potential punishment.
According to recently filed documents, the state’s Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) claims Judge Moon violated judicial ethics by donating to political campaigns, including contributions to prominent Democrats like Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and the fundraising platform ActBlue.
