New Hampshire has seen a significant increase in opioid-related deaths, particularly in Manchester and Nashua, with a 41% and 37% rise, respectively, at the end of 2022.
To address the crisis, New Hampshire is set to receive an estimated $310 million in settlement payouts over the next 20 years, aimed at combating the opioid epidemic.
