David Caruso, once a household name, is now 68 and looks much different than fans remember. Known for his role as Detective John Kelly in NYPD Blue, Caruso’s career had ups and downs, with a notable comeback in 2002 as Horatio Caine in CSI: Miami, which ran for 10 successful seasons.

After CSI: Miami ended, Caruso retired from acting and has kept a low profile. His recent appearance, which many find surprising, is mostly due to natural aging, not health concerns.
